The Novakey 801 Series CAT 13 Pressure Elbow is designed to use for potable water supply, sewer mains, agricultural irrigation and industrial effluent disposal. Elbow is made from PVC material that offers added strength and durability. Low specific gravity facilitates easy installation and transportation. Inertia of the elbow resists electrochemical thus making it ideal to carry potable and service water. The high tensile strength of the elbow withstands heavy impacts for longer life. It provides superior resistance to photo degradation and creep stresses for better aging behaviour. Elbow with a nominal size of 80mm operates at an angle of 90 degree and has a female x female cement joint connection. It operates at a pressure rating of 1500kPa and at a temperature of 50 degrees C.

    • PVC pressure 90 deg elbow for use with Novakey Series 1 Pressure Pipe
    • Made from quality PVC-U, complies with AS/NZS 1477, connects using solvent cement
    • Maximum allowable working pressure of 1800kPa and '125mm elbow 1600kPa PN16
    • PVC-U pipes and fittings offer a flow capacity greater than metal pipes of the same nominal diameter and ensures constant low pressure losses as a function of time and are suitable for the conveyance of potable water, food and beverages
    • Comprehensive and well tested to New Zealand standards to ensure service reliability of all products designed, engineered and manufactured to the specified construction standards
    • Excellent mechanical properties characterised by good tensile strength and impact strength allowing manufacture of pipes and fittings to withstand a service pressure range between 6 and 21 bar
