The Iplex Novadrain 100SN4 Series Solid Light Grey DWV Pipe is designed to use for vent applications, domestic house drains, urban gravity sewer mains and discharge lines. Smooth bores and the precision joints ensures smooth and efficient water flow. PVC construction provides added strength and durability. It forms a reliable elastomeric seal joints at high interface pressures and offers good resistance to tree root intrusions. Lightweight design makes it easy to install and use in narrow trench widths. Pipe prevents leaking in ground water infiltration and sewerage exfiltration that are greatly caused by ground movement. Providing superior resistance to chemicals, this pipe is also used for acids, alkalis and aggressive chemicals. 6 meters pipe with a nominal size of 150mm has a solvent cement joint connection and operates at a temperature of 60 degrees C.

- Non-conductivity, PVC-U is a non-conductor of electricity, therefore it is not subject to galvanic or electrolytic action and is therefore not subject to galvanic or electrolytic action

- PVC-U has excellent chemical resistance to hydrogen sulphide and the acids or chemicals normally expected to be encountered in sewer drain and waste applications
- The spacing of manholes can be increased due to reduced incidence of blockage and increased flow rates
- Ground water infiltration and sewerage exfiltration due to broken and cracked elements and joint openings caused by ground movement are significantly reduced
- Novadrain SN4 is a solid wall PVC-U pipe, and may be manufactured either as plain solid wall pipe, or sandwich construction (SC) solid wall pipe in some sizes
